'Fallout 76' announced after a hype-filled Twitch stream, but what is it?

There's a new... something happening in the Fallout universe, and it's called Fallout 76.

Bethesda Softworks' Todd Howard, who serves as one of the creative leads on the Fallout series, announced the project at the end of a hype-filled Twitch stream. He didn't go into any detail on what Fallout 76 is, but he did share this teaser trailer. Read more...
